What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our two forms and choose to send.
The study brief, the funding check and the document checklists work in your browser. Your answers there are not sent to us unless you put them in a form or an email and send it yourself.
We never ask for passports, ID numbers, account logins or financial documents. Please don't send them.
- Book a consultation: your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number (optional), where you're applying from, what you want to study, when you'd like to start, how to reach you, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Partner application: full name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, city, organisation, role, experience referring students, how you'd introduce people.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry or partner application, and to talk with you about it. You agree to this by ticking the consent box before you send a form.

Who handles it for us
When you send a form, our website host passes it to an email delivery service, which sends it to our team's inbox. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries.

To stop spam, we use your network (IP) address for a short time to limit repeated sending. If it is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile also checks that a person is sending the form. Client verification requiredwhether Cloudflare Turnstile is used

Cookies and analytics
One small cookie, nexa-consent, remembers your cookie choice for a year (the same value is kept in your browser's storage). It is needed for the choice to work.
Google Analytics 4 runs only if you click Accept, and only if Nexa has turned it on. It then sets its own cookies to count visits and clicks. We never send it names, email addresses, phone numbers or what you type in a form. If you decline, it doesn't load.

How long we keep it
